If your subscription was paid using NDIS funds and a refund is approved:
- The refund must go back to whoever paid the original invoice (NDIA, your plan manager, or you if self-managed).
- You are responsible for notifying the NDIA or your plan manager about any refund received.
- Refunded NDIS funds cannot be kept for personal use.
- Refunds are assessed under Australian Consumer Law and our normal refund policy.
