Frequently asked questions
Can I use my NDIS funding to pay for My Life Plans?
Yes. My Life Plans is designed to be claimable through your NDIS plan. If you are provider-managed, your provider handles the invoice directly. If you are self-managed, you pay via Stripe and download a tax invoice to submit to NDIS for reimbursement.
What happens if my provider doesn't pay within the 14 days?
If the invoice isn't settled within the 14-day onboarding period, your account will be temporarily locked. Your data is safe and nothing is deleted. As soon as your provider pays the invoice, your account is automatically unlocked.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. My Life Plans never stores your card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely and is PCI-DSS compliant.
What is included in the membership?
All features are included — goal setting, support team collaboration, document storage, journal, plan tracking, and more. There are no tiered plans or hidden add-ons. One membership gives you everything.
Can I switch from Individual to Participant billing later?
Yes. If your circumstances change — for example, you move from self-managed to provider-managed NDIS funding — please contact us and we'll update your account accordingly.
